❤️Order & Rush Policy
- Same-day orders are not available.
- We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. For weekends, holidays, and busy seasons, booking as early as possible is highly recommended, as our schedule can fill up quickly.
❤️Delivery Fee
We currently offer pick-up and limited local delivery (no postal/courier shipping).
Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam: $25
Burnaby, Surrey: $35
Langley: $55
Vancouver, Richmond: $65
The exact delivery fee may vary depending on the location, time, and order size.
Please let us know your address when you inquire, and we will confirm the delivery fee for you.
❤️Important Delivery Note
Because balloons are delicate, someone must be available to receive the order in person. We cannot leave the bouquet outside unattended
❤️ Lettering & Bubbles
Over time, slight lifting of the lettering and small air bubbles may occur. We recommend using the balloons within 1–2 days of receiving them. (Same-day pick-up ensures the best condition.)
❤️ Surface Marks Notice
Due to the nature of clear balloons, minor white powder or marks on the surface are normal and are not a reason for exchange or refund.
❤️ Order Timeline
Please place your order at least 3 days in advance. As all designs are custom-made, we kindly ask for enough time for consultation and production.
❤️ Heat & Cold Sensitivity
Balloons are sensitive to temperature and impact. Please avoid very hot or very cold environments.
❤️ Safe Transport
When transporting, place the balloons on the back seat, not in the trunk. Long storage inside a vehicle may weaken the balloons.
❤️ Check on Receipt
Please check the balloons immediately upon pick-up or delivery. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damage after receipt or due to mishandling.

Please choose your preferred style (e.g. bouquet, box, etc.) and color tone (pink / white / gold, etc.). You can also send us a screenshot of the design you like from our Instagram @lalabloom.ca.
Send Your Message
Provide the text you want printed on the balloon (e.g. “Happy Birthday Anna,” “Happy Graduation,” “Happy 1st Birthday,” “Happy 65th Anniversary,” “Welcome Baby Emma,” “Grand Opening,” “Merry Christmas,” “Happy Holidays,” event date, or a short custom message).

If you choose a design/colour combination from our Instagram photos (@lalabloom.ca), please screenshot or save the design you like and send it to us as a reference. We will do our best to create a similar look using the materials and colours we currently have in stock.

We are closed on Sundays. Sunday pick-up may be available upon request at Coquitlam Centre location. - Payment
