FAQ
How long do the balloons last?
If the balloons are not damaged, they usually last around 2–3 months.
With good care and no damage, they can last more than 3 months.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by:
- Sending us a DM on Instagram (@lalabloom.ca), or
- Emailing us at lalabloom.ca@gmail.com
When placing an order, please include the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- Pick-up date and time
- Choose Pick-up or Delivery (Pick-up is free. Please see our Delivery Fee.)
Pick-up location: In front of Starbucks at Coquitlam Centre Mall (2929 Barnet Hwy #2600, Coquitlam, BC V3B 5R5) - Design / product type (you can choose a style from our Instagram @lalabloom.ca)
- Colour / theme (e.g., pastel, modern, romantic, kids’ party, etc.)
- Type of arrangement (balloon bouquet, balloon box, Fresh Flowers with Balloon Topper, mini balloon, etc.)
- Text to be printed on the balloon
(name, short phrase, age, etc.) - Payment (Interac e-Transfer: lalabloom.ca@gmail.com)
If you choose a design/colour combination from our Instagram photos (@lalabloom.ca), please screenshot or save the design you like and send it to us as a reference. We will do our best to create a similar look using the materials and colours we currently have in stock.
Your order will be confirmed once payment is received.
How long can the message be?
The message can be up to around 30 alphabet characters.
Korean text is also possible.
From how many days before the event can I prepare indoor decorations?
Please place your order one week in advance.
Once the piece is finished, it can be displayed immediately as indoor décor.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes. If you choose a design/colour combination from our Instagram photos (@lalabloom.ca),
we will match the colours as closely as possible using the materials we have in stock.
When do I make the payment?
Payment is required in advance.
We start production after your e-Transfer payment has been confirmed.
We currently accept:

Credit card payments are not available at this time.
Where is the pick-up location?
Pick-up is available at the following location:

By appointment only, typically between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
We are closed on Sundays. Sunday pick-up may be available upon request at Coquitlam Centre. - Payment
Payment is required in advance.
We currently accept e-transfer only.
Credit card payments are not available at this time.
Can I change my pick-up time?
Yes, you can change your pick-up time once.
What happens if the balloon is damaged?
If damage occurs after pick-up, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or remake.
Are the flowers artificial or fresh?
The flowers inside the balloon are artificial (silk flowers).
For flower baskets with a balloon on top (Fresh Flowers with Balloon Topper), we can also create designs using fresh flowers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance.
For weekends, holidays, and busy seasons, booking as early as possible is highly recommended, as our schedule can fill up quickly.
Do you accept same-day or rush orders?
Same-day orders are not available.
For rush or last-minute orders, please contact us at least 2 days before your event.

Send us an Instagram DM or email with your event date and time, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
We currently offer pick-up and limited local delivery (no postal/courier shipping).
Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam: $25
Burnaby, Surrey: $35
Langley: $55
Vancouver, Richmond: $65
The exact delivery fee may vary depending on the location, time, and order size.
Please let us know your address when you inquire, and we will confirm the delivery fee for you.
Can I customize the message and colours?
Yes! All La La Bloom pieces are designed and created by hand, so customization is one of our strengths.
You can personalize:
- Balloon message (name, age, “Happy Birthday,” “Congratulations,” etc.)
- Colour palette and mood (soft/pastel, elegant, playful, minimal, etc.)
- Some design details depending on the product
Certain special requests or premium materials may require an additional fee, which we will let you know in advance.

Your order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Because each piece is custom-made and personalized, cancellations or changes after production has started may not be refundable.
- If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
- If production has not begun, we may be able to adjust or cancel more flexibly.
- Once work has started (design, preparation, materials, assembly), refunds may be limited or unavailable.
If there is an issue with your order at pick-up, please tell us right away so we can assist you.
Are your products safe for children?
Our balloon arrangements are decor pieces, not toys.
Balloons and small parts can be a choking hazard.
- Please keep uninflated balloons and broken pieces away from young children.
Always ensure adult supervision when children are near balloon decorations.
Can you recreate a design I found on Instagram or Pinterest?
Yes. If you see a design you like — especially on our Instagram @lalabloom.ca — please save or screenshot the exact balloon style and send it to us.
We will use your photo as a reference and create a similar balloon bouquet in La La Bloom’s style.
Please note that we may not copy another creator’s work exactly, but we will match the overall look, colours, and mood as closely as possible.
Do you offer corporate or event orders (bulk orders)?
Yes, depending on our schedule, we can discuss corporate events, parties, or special event decor.
Please contact us in advance with the date, location (if applicable), and rough quantity so we can advise on availability and pricing.
